1. About These Terms

These terms set out the basis on which Ledgerly ("we", "us", "our") makes its document organisation and general information services available. By using our website or enquiring about our services, you agree to these terms.

Ledgerly is based at 47 Wichayanon Road, Chang Moi, Chiang Mai 50300, Thailand. Our services are offered to individuals looking for help arranging personal documents and accessing general written information about pension-related paperwork. Nothing we provide constitutes financial, legal, or personal advice of any kind.

2. What We Offer

Ledgerly provides the following types of support:

• Paperwork Sorting Visit — a short in-person or remote session to help sort and label pension-related documents. This is an organisational task only.
• Group Information Session — a small-group gathering at which general written information about pension-related forms and timelines is shared. No individual circumstances are discussed.
• Annual Organising Membership — a 12-month arrangement giving access to periodic sorting support and printed or digital information sheets and checklists.

All services are general and informational in nature. Ledgerly does not hold any regulated status, does not act as an agent for any pension provider, and does not give recommendations on financial products, investment choices, or individual circumstances.

3. No Advice Given

The information shared through our services, website, sessions, and printed materials is general and educational only. It is not a substitute for professional financial, legal, or tax advice. Any decisions you make based on information from Ledgerly are entirely your own responsibility.

We strongly encourage anyone with specific questions about their pension arrangements to consult an appropriately qualified professional.

4. Bookings and Payments

Service bookings are confirmed once payment has been received in full or a written agreement has been signed. Prices are displayed on our website in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

For the Annual Organising Membership, the full 12-month fee is due at the start of the membership period unless a separate written payment plan has been agreed.

We reserve the right to update our prices. Any price change will not affect a booking that has already been confirmed and paid.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may reschedule a Paperwork Sorting Visit or Group Information Session with at least 48 hours' notice at no extra charge. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may not be eligible for a refund.

Annual Organising Memberships may be cancelled within 14 days of the start date for a full refund, provided no sessions or materials have been used. After 14 days, the membership fee is non-refundable.

6. Use of Our Website

You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, or use any part of our website content without prior written permission from Ledgerly.

We make reasonable efforts to keep information on the website current and accurate, but we cannot guarantee that all content is up to date at all times. You should verify any important details directly with us before acting on them.

We are not responsible for the content of any external websites linked from our pages.

7. Intellectual Property

All text, layouts, checklists, information sheets, and other materials produced by Ledgerly remain our intellectual property. They are provided for your personal use only. You may not share, sell, or republish them without written permission.

Any documents that belong to you and that you bring to a session remain entirely your own property at all times.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ledgerly provides organisation and general information services only. We are not responsible for any financial outcome, decision, or consequence that arises from information shared during our services or on our website.

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, our total liability to you in connection with any service shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific service.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Privacy and Data
